Beach Launch Team

The biggest club here is BLT whose mission is to provide hands-on opportunities to learn liquid rocketry to engineering students.

In the past, I have been elected to be the aerostructures lead. My responsibilities involved designing the structural and aerodynamic components of the rockets and to onboard and train incoming members. Weekly, I liked to dedicate my Tuesday and Fridays to answer my member’s questions and guide them on their design. During my time in BLT I have designed and manufactured various rocket components but my favorite thing to do is conduct hot fire tests.
