United Semiconductors
United Semiconductors LLC (USLLC) specializes in bulk crystal growth of ternary III-V semiconductor and impurity doped binary III-V semiconductor compounds.
As an intern at United Semiconductors, I worked on various projects conducting thermal analysis on an experimental furnace, fabricating a vacuum pump for furnaces used for crystal growth, and most excitingly acting as design engineer on the NASA-SUBSA-InSPA mission.
As part of the mission, I design and modeled ampoule assemblies in SolidWorks for a NASA-SUBSA-InSPA scientific payload mission, supporting the investigation of crystal growth in microgravity and advancing in-space manufacturing capabilities.
